Pasture Raised Pig Tail. Our pigs are certified organic and pastured on our farm in Lucknow, Ontario. In an effort to eat nose to tail, using all the parts of our animals, we have found pigs tail (also called pork tail) can be braised, stewed and even barbecued in delicious ways.
